How it works

Rachel and her assistant will set up an illustration station.
Guests have their photo taken, then head back to enjoy the event.
We will collect the contact details of the guests so we can let them know once the illustrations is completed
Each artwork takes around 4-7 minutes, depending on details.
Once drawn, the assistant will message the guests to come pick up the drawing from the station.
All portraits not drawn during the event (will be finished in Rachel’s studio) will be delivered within 1–2 weeks after your event.
